Aeon Shinkai was the youngest of his family but he was endlessly neglected, abused, bullied, and tormented for not having superpowers at all and worst of all his life went completely over when he was falsely accused as a traitor, he got beaten up, cheated on by his girlfriends (Except the girls who loved him the most which they're yandere themselves) and disowned by his own family.

Ryuusei Shinryu is someone who grew up despising heroes and villains but hates heroes even more than villains. Ryuusei feels that heroes don't do enough when they deal with villains by just sending them to prison where they can just escape over and over and get recaptured but just keep escaping from prison. Ryuusei thinks that villains won't ever change their ways no matter what and just pretend to be reformed just so they can leave prison. Ryuusei is more than a regular Dragon Emperor. Ryuusei is a special Dragon Emperor that is known as the Omni Dragonic God Emperor that surpasses any of the Past Dragon Emperors. Ryuusei is the first and only Omni Dragonic God Emperor that outranks any Dragon Emperor. Ryuusei the first student of Antares the Dragon Monarch who taught Ryuusei from a young age on how to use his powers as a Omni Dragonic God Emperor.
