It's not fun having to readjust your entire life every year.
Delaney moves to a different city at least once a year. Most of the times, she manages just fine. She never gets too close to people, and she doesn't mind leaving behind her friends. She can always make new ones.
She doesn't plan on ever becoming attached to someone. She can't. At least, not until she's out of high school.
It's too bad her plans were destroyed. After befriending the smart, strange, and funny boy in her history class, her life spins out of controls.
She's feeling things she's never felt before, and she has no idea how to deal with it.
Then there's the thing she's dreading most- moving again.
Her parents didn't listen to her the past ten times she begged them not to move, and they won't listen now.
Leaving this town won't be as simple as leaving the others.
