Trust and Plans

Astarion had always been able to push away his feelings. He'd always been good at forgetting what he wanted. He'd always been able to stop the tears and harden himself when he needed to.

But when he saw Tav, the man he'd been manipulating, the man he'd been giving himself to for protection, fell a beast for him, Astarion's plan shattered.

Now, after facing the truth about his scars, and being forced to confront what he wanted to push away, Astarion has found no better time than now, to confess those feelings.

Note: This is essentially me writing out Astarion's confession scene after killing Yurgir. I wanted to write it out and give it more emotion in my own way.
