(This fic explores some aspects of Deaf culture and discussions about the Deaf community. I am hearing, but I did take BSL 101 in my second year of college, so I do know how that course in particular works (nothing like giving your favourite characters your own lived experiences). If anyone who is Deaf feels I have made any mistakes regarding my representation of my Deaf characters, please let me know, and I will make changes. I have done my best to research everything I've mentioned in this fic to ensure the descriptions and portrayals are accurate, but something could have slipped through the gaps.)
