​Scarlett River Dawn, at twenty-eight, has achieved her childhood dream of becoming a renowned pastry chef. Born into a sophisticated family of professors, with siblings who are also thriving, she is no stranger to success. ​Phoenix Lincoln Wyatt is a thirty-five-year-old architect and the owner of Phoenix Holdings Ltd. Coming from an aristocratic background, he embodies power, luxury, & intellectualism. A man of few words, he is largely oblivious to social circles, preferring the solitude of his work. However, as the eldest son, he is bound by filial duty and a family legacy he must uphold.
