Miguel O'Hara (Spiderman 2099) arrives in Neo Gotham following an illegal shipment from Alchemax, he's thrown into the wild chaos of Neo Gotham with its villains while hunting down the Billionaire Derek Powers, finding out he's linked to Alchemax.
He gets the attention of Batman (Terry McGinnis) who doesn't pay attention to him at first but realizes how bad the situation is. They're at odds at first but quickly form a temporary alliance to deal with both their problems.
