Fated

It's the year 844, and Y/n lived as normal a life as she could, being a 15-year-old from the Underground and all. She stole, lied, fought, and clawed her way through the sick-ridden streets as best she could. Though her life was destitute and decrepit, most would argue, she didn't think it was too bad. She had some friends, a somewhat stable income (even if it depended on not getting caught), and a roof over her head. That was more than most could say down here. Until the day her whole life got flipped upside down and her one true wish, to go above ground, was granted- just not in the way she expected. Now, on the run from her father and who she believes is the King, she's forced to take up a new identity and join the scouts. Now under the alias Revrent, Rev for short, she has a bigger issue: finding out the true reason she's being hunted, what these sudden instincts are, and how they work. Oh, also, there's a stoic and miserable man who seems to do nothing but judge and make rude remarks that she, for some reason, can't stop thinking about. How interesting the turns fate can take.
