"FEVER, otherwise known as the Federal Executive for Vigilance, Enforcement & Reconnaissance, is a multinational covert task force established after the Silent Accord of 1894, a multinational agreement formed in response to non-conventional global threats. Officially, its mandate is the containment of international dangers that exceed the capacity of conventional militaries or intelligence agencies. FEVER operatives function across borders without national affiliation, operating under the guise of 'global security preservation.'

On the surface, FEVER presents itself as a humanitarian shadow force: dismantling organized crime, neutralizing terrorism, suppressing rogue scientific activity, and preventing their allegedly so-called "dark moon events" before they escalate into international crises.

In practice, very little about FEVER is publicly visible. The Collective does not disclose operative identities, mission records, or internal command structures. Even its name is disputed, regarded by some as a codename, by others as an acronym. What is publicly acknowledged is FEVER's divisional structure: specialized branches operating as interconnected limbs of a single organism."
