Kira's brother, Damon, who is 27, is a transplant surgeon (puts organs into someone's body). When Kira got 3 months into his intern she ran into another internship, Brandon Jay. Brandon wanted to be a therapist. Helping people with their problems and other things. Brandon was 18 years old and from Australia. Everyone loved Brandon because she was so hot. Except Brandon had a big secret.
