Ryuusei Shinryu is someone who grew up despising heroes and villains but hates heroes even more than villains. Ryuusei feels that heroes don't do enough when they deal with villains by just sending them to prison where they can just escape over and over and get recaptured but just keep escaping from prison. Ryuusei thinks that villains won't ever change their ways no matter what and just pretend to be reformed just so they can leave prison. What will happen when the kyubi get's involved and modifies Naruto genes and in doing so accidentally allowed Naruto to have magnet release.
