[Starr City, a bustling metropolis housing over 8 million people today, is known for its incredible architecture, multi-racial communities, and the progressive ideas and movements of it's people as well as respective government.]

[However, what goes up must come down, and Starr City is unfortunately no exception. The metropolis's high crime rates as of recent seem to be the only thing keeping the city from achieving it's fullest potential.]

[These transgressions seem to be the doing of mysterious, evil forces that lurk in the city and only come out to wreak havoc. Some speculate that they're an organised force of underground criminals, who are planning to take over the city for themselves. On the other hand, some say that this is simply the product of the poor crime management from the local police and a weakness of the law that's being enforced in the city. As a result, the citizens of Starr City have been pushing against the local government of this once-peaceful metropolis to demand the mayor to take responsibility atop these crimes that are leaving the people traumatised and the local communities in shambles.]

[Luckily, a new organisation has been founded in an attempt to combat these issues and to potentially bring rest to this restless city. An elite task unit of skilled, powerful and incredible brawlers, whom of which have been dubbed as the heroes of Starr City by both the people and media alike. These brawlers all possess different incredible and almost supernatural abilities, from their outstanding profiency in marksmanship and hand-to-hand combat, to even superpowers that were once thought to a matter of fiction like super speed and even invisibility. This elite force of brawlers is not only helping the local police to greatly curb crime, but they seem to also act as a beacon of hope during these dark and unpredictable times.]
