Jayden Thomson is good at his game-baseball, but he's not good at two things: his English Lit course and hiding the obvious crush on his teacher, Liz Hayworth. So when Ms. Hayworth offers extra lessons, he thinks he can get closer. But the bad news is, she's not the one tutoring. The class nerd, Alex, is. Worse news is that she's engaged. Not to him. Liz Hayworth is a lecturer at Summerhill Academy. She is young and ambitious. But after meeting her boyfriend, she puts her dreams on the back burner. Now, she's busy planning a wedding. In a moment of weakness, Liz sends an erotic message intended for her fiancé, who's currently on a speaking tour. When she feels Jayden looking at her strangely, as if he has some secret to keep, she thinks it's just her imagination.

Alex Ballesteros sits on the sidelines, watching all this happen. Normally, he keeps to himself, but there's something about those two that doesn't add up. One has a rock on her finger, the other has rocks in his brain. Two mismatched people is already plenty. But three.... three's a crowd. Or is it?

What starts out innocently becomes a temptation that no one can refuse.
