But Nodkrai changes everything it touches, and even love is not spared.

After an incident that left her broken and barely alive, a decision was made for her-one she never agreed to, even if she understood it. To protect what remained, distance became the only answer. Silence became the only language left.

Now they walk the same land, speak to the same people, and breathe the same cold air-but never to each other. Every near encounter becomes something unspoken, heavy with everything that is no longer said.
