After years of them witnessing the decline of Korean football following the continuous corruption of the federation and also witnessing the success of the Blue Lock which helped Japanese football, they decide to team up for the Red Wall football project which is to find hidden football talents in Korea to save Korean football.
Their mission with Red Wall was to find the best 11 of the hidden football talents in Korea while Ego's mission with Blue Lock was to find a top striker in Japan.
