The story starts in Astrid's 5th year at Hogwarts (1995), when she grows closer to Hermione, due to the class of 1998 soon having to graduate from divination. As it is commonly known, Hermione hates divination, but she wants a good grade, and Astrid is the best in class, maybe even the best student Trelawney has ever had.
Astrid grows closer to the trio and inevitably becomes a target by the Weasley twins (attending their 7th and last year at Hogwarts).
