Set 200 years in the future, this short story depicts 2 different incidents in 2 different timelines. Read on to find how human civilization has evolved and the troubles that come with progress.
(This short story was written for the Scholastic Writer's Award 2015 Malaysia and Singapore. The title that I chose was to write a story that ends with: "She continued to dig up the earth with her hands - the hole was nowhere near big enough yet, but soon it would be.")
