Before Elson, there was Silver Creek.

Thiago Montalvo grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania, shaped by his father's abandonment, the harshness of a mother who worked herself to the limit, and the fierce love of a sister who sacrificed her own future to take care of him.

In a trailer set on a burned piece of land, Thiago learned not to ask for too much, not to fail, and to turn basketball into the only way he knew how to prove he was worth something. April Navarro, the first person outside his family who believed in his talent, taught him how to play... and also left behind a wound that would follow him for years.

This is the origin story of Thiago, Valeria, and the Montalvo family: a story of abandonment, sacrifice, family love, and promises made before they understood how much those promises could hurt.
