Lovers On Ice!

With amazement in my eyes I watch the skater glide across the ice with pure beauty. I run to my mother. "Mom! Mom!" I say with excitement. "Yes honey..?" She asks. "Wanna know what I wanna be when I grow up?" I say now in her lap. "Sure!" She replies with a smile. "I wanna be a figure skater!" I say my chubby little hands in the air. "Honey... Thats a lot of work are you sure..?" "Yeah!!"

When I was a Freshman, teachers would go around the class asking our goals in life. I responded with "I wanna be a figure skater!" other kids start laughing. "Haha! You cant be a figure skater without the figure, fatty!"

Those words made me determined to change my body and prove them wrong, but little did I know I would meet a person that I never thought I would love.
