Sam has always been good with people, he believes people are at their most honest when no one is watching.

He notices the things others don't-small habits, routines, the quiet ways someone asks for help without saying a word. It's easy, once you start paying attention.

It's easy to understand what someone needs, Sometimes, all it takes is being there at the right moment.

Sometimes, it means staying a little longer than you should.
