Steven Jennings is an FBI Agent, one of the best too. However, his past decided to spring up on him by throwing him into the direction of one Lucien Kingsley, a serial killer called 'The Surgeon'.
Lucien Kingsley is an already captured serial killer who managed to avoid federal agents for three years until he was caught by Steven. He is madly, deeply in love with his feisty agent.
Now, a new serial killer emerges, copying Lucien's killing style and is becoming more and more bold with his 'artwork'. While Steven doesn't particularly enjoy it, he has to enlist Lucien's help.
During their time together, Steven wonders if he is ever going to escape from Lucien's clutches on his person. To add it all up, Lucien is hellbent on making Steven as his to keep and cherish.
