Kestria Castadeña built her standards high after being hurt too many times by the wrong choices. She promised herself she would never settle again, which is why Vynx Lavilla feels like the perfect answer. He is smart, accomplished, admired, athletic and everything she believes she deserves.

But then there is Arren Jay Medrano, who is just as intelligent and an academic achiever in his own right, yet distant in a way that makes him hard to read. Their encounters start as accidents, brief collisions and lingering glances, but soon turn into something that quietly demands her attention.
