When married couple Adam and Barbara die in a car accident, they find themselves back in their home, forever bound to the property until further notice, but they discover they have more in common than they think with a spirit that has been haunting their house longer than they've even been alive. Virgil Seymour is the ghost of a man who died way before Adam and Barbara Maitland, having been shot to death in a revealed speakeasy. But after meeting the very couple that he's enjoyed spying on, they find out something a bit lovely about themself.

Sloan DiLaurentis didn't mean to find a home in Briar's hockey house. But somewhere between the midnight kitchen conversations, shared hoodies, and Beau Maxwell showing up at her door every night asking to cuddle, the house-and the people inside it-started feeling like hers. Beau was never supposed to be more than harmless flirting. Except now he knows her coffee order, sleeps better beside her, and looks at her like she's his favorite thing in the world. And Sloan's starting to realize she might feel the same way. Too bad keeping secrets in a house full of hockey players is almost impossible. Especially when everyone already knows they're in love. Everyone except Dean.
