Trusting The Dark

Lenora is a somewhat unstable teenage girl with red hair and family issues. She loves heavy music and has an edgy style. She's brave and curious, both bordering on reckless. One dark night, she meets a strange looking boy who escaped a lab in the forest behind her house. She calls him Arlo because, like most things, he doesn't remember his name. Arlo is a white-haired, tower of a man, with greyish skin and entirely black eyes. He's easily anxious and doesn't talk much. He's far from stoic since all of his emotions display constantly on his face. His only memories from his past consist of terror and blood. His unnatural appearance and yore intrigues Lenora, driving her to help solve the mystery of his history. In the process they become great friends, a seemingly inseparable duo. They both live with fear, similar in ways but different in many. Their strongest contrast is the dark. She's scared of it and he thrives in it.
