एक गाँव में मनोहर नाम का व्यक्ति रहता था। मनोहर की उम्र 20-25 साल थी वह हमेशा सभी की बातें मानता और सभी की मदद करता था। मनोहर सभी कार्यों में निपुण था साथ ही बडा इमानदार भी था। एक बार वह एक कुएँ के पास से गुजरा उसे कुछ आवाज सुनाई दी मनोहर सका और बिना कुछ सोचे समझे कुरो में देखने लगा तभी उसने देर अंदर कोई करहा रहा है वह छट से कुएं में उतरा और नीचे पहुंच गया उसने देखा कि उसमे जो आदमी था वह खून से लतपथ मनोहर ने बहुत हिम्मत दिवाई और कि तरह बहार निकाल लाया । बाहर आते ही वह सीधे डाव की पास उसे ले गया डाक्टर भी उसे देखकर घबरा ग और बोला मनोहर उसे कहाँ से लाये हो यह तो डाक है, इस पर तो लाख का ईनाम है जल्दी पुलिस को फो लिा फिर तुम्हारी जो इच्छा वह करना डाक्टर साहब ब मुश्किल से इलाज करने के लिये तैयार हुए। कुछ दिनो बाद डाक ठीक होने लगा लगा फि फिर भी डाक कभी बहोश हो- बहाना करता कभी कुछ कभी कुछ
