Late Summer Love

It's early August 2008. Summer is still going on, and school hasn't started yet.

Luna has just moved from Italy to Germany with her family. They settle in a rich neighbourhood made of big houses, palm trees, and silent streets.

Everything feels new.

At first, her days are just about spending time with her childhood best friend Gaia, who also moved there because of family work reasons.
There is a lot of free time, and nothing really planned yet.

But then she starts noticing things.
Like the house across the street.

She sees a boy in the window while unpacking . He is playing guitar. She doesn't know who he is. Just a neighbour. Nothing more.

At least, that's what she thinks.

Days go on. Girl talk, getting ready, parties and plans to meet the neighbours start to fill the time.

This is a summer of new streets, new people, and windows you can't stop looking at.

That's where everything starts.
