Find It, Fix It

This is a sci-fi, fantasy, dystopian story with a romance subplot. Over 100 years ago, the government created a serum intended to give whoever consumed it powers. They gave it to the whole city of Aelia in order to be an elite society compared to their rivals Sylvara. They had no proof that this serum wouldn't cause problems, but they gave it anyway. There were a handful of casualties, but the majority of the population survived and now are gifted with a variety of different abilities. Now, 100 years after no major problems, citizens have started to mutate. In order to find out what is actually happening, the city holds a trial. They will choose six contestants to test on for eight weeks. These tests will be a variety of physical and mental games where they will be analyzing every moment. Everything seems innocent but is something darker going on? Are these kids in danger? What can they do to save themselves as well as Aelia?

This story will be told from two different POVs from two different characters !!
