In the year 2047, the world is ruled not by governments, but by superheroes. Once seen as symbols of hope, they have become global celebrities, dominating media and public attention under the belief that "anyone can be a hero."

But admiration turned into chaos.

After a series of violent conflicts between heroes, the government quietly initiated a secret program in 2025 known as the Cleaners. Infants were taken and raised in isolation, stripped of identity and emotion, trained to become perfect enforcers tasked with keeping superheroes under control.

By 2042, the Cleaners were deployed.

Operating in silence, they eliminate any hero who steps out of line, ensuring order in a world that worships power.

Among them is Cleaner #32.

Unlike the others, he is flawed. He feels, questions, and hesitates-traits that should not exist within someone like him. As he carries out his missions, cracks begin to form in the system that created him.
