When Flowers Bloom

Ever since I was a little boy, there it stood. An old flower shop decorated with antiques at the
end of the street. Whenever I asked Mama about it, she told me that it had run out of
business long before I was born. I know that's not true. Mama always hides her fingers from
me when she lies. Mama always lies. But it's okay, I forgive her. Because Mama is Mama.
