17-years-old Sylvia Winston is frustrated with life in Manchester. And it just happens to be that his newly assigned nurse is no other than Sylvia - who absolutely despises his brooding, closed-off nature. Elliott will rather die than to spend the next eight weeks of his therapy with her ingenious, uptight personality.
But in a place filled with mysteries and secrets, anything is possible. And Sylvia might be the cure that Elliott never knew he needed...
