Two decades have past since the world restrained its population to 4 continents after "The Incident" that they now fear to death. Following this cause, mankind divided into two categories: Immunes and Infected. With Mutants, Aberrants and a faction that is considered forbidden as the last subcategorie of Infected, everything becomes harder as food and water are now contaminated and danger risk increased exponentially.

"The Seed" as they like to call it is one of the most complicated scientifical experiments ever created. Evolving from a simple bacteria to a virus that people mistake to radiation, after being a total failure and mashing to the mysterious glacial wave that once took control over Earth, it managed to change the course of life in the blink of an eye.

Khione Kallistrate is a poor soul that has been caught at a very young age in times of despair. After the calamity that has been put over her natal village, Khione manages to survive and is forced to live on a foreign territory without her family.

But at what cost?

Can she really forgive what happened back then? What's going on with her?
