SYNOPSIS
Back in high school, Maeve Stark and Jayce Valerio were never officially anything.
Just childhood friends.
Same barkada.
Always together.
The kind of pair everyone shipped except themselves.
Then Jayce left for Canada, and somewhere between late-night calls and growing distance, one misunderstanding ruined everything. Maeve blocked him without explanation, and for five years, neither of them ever got proper closure.
Now at nineteen, Maeve is living a busy life as a Cinematography student at SPUW while helping manage her family's luxury riverside resort in Valencia.
Everything was finally peaceful
until Jayce came back.
Now twenty-one and working as part of the architectural team for the Stark resort expansion, Jayce suddenly finds himself back in Maeve's life again.
Same city.
Same tension.
Same feelings they never admitted before.
As old memories slowly return through late-night drives, campus encounters, café talks, and unfinished conversations, Maeve begins questioning if what they lost years ago was ever really gone at all.
Because maybe some people aren't meant to stay in the past.
Maybe no matter how far life takes them
they always end up back in each other's frame.
