The youth are thriving, running wild, and there's not much more the government can do to prevent it. One way or another, the young will end up at the Borderline, and they will be removed. Permanently. That is, unless they can abide to their last chance.

They will be rearranged, renamed, replaced. Redone and reformed. And they will not have any memory of what happened prior to this. 

We follow the tale of one particular delinquent, who can only be described as different. She remembers.
