Six years after witnessing the murder of his family which left him traumatized, Alex became an federal agent and a case lead him directly to Raccoon City as he had to uncover a conspiracy. However, a devastating outbreak caused by Umbrella Corporation - a multinational pharmaceutical company put Raccoon City on the verge of collapse. Seeing people around him died due to the outbreak, Alex had no choice but to overcome his fear and navigate through the chaos of the street hoping for a way out and an answer to all this.
