It's the NHL. Believed to be the sport for men. So what happens when something crazy happens? Maybe something like a girl NHLer. You heard that right, Brianna Bishop, forward for the Tampa Bay Lightning. However, even though she is on a team with her brother she really doesn't like it when people compare her to her older brother, Ben Bishop, goalie for the same team. This is her first playoffs with the Lightning and she plans to make it to the Stanley cup finals and win the cup. One problem, the Montreal Canadiens seem to be in the way of the cup finals and Brianna can't let that happen. What she doesn't know is that, these cup games will change her life forever.

Kolby Ryan Bair's(Bear), mom left the day after she was born. With nothing but her purse and a Walmart bag full of clothes, she vanished. Kolby's dad, David Bair, had too juggle a new born while being in the NHL. He did it on his own until he met Justin Read. Justin Read was a new player on David's team and well, you could call it love at first sight. No one on their team, the LA Kings, judged their relationship and it took 3 months for them too get hitched. For Kolby, life was good. Ever since she could walk, her dads had her on the ice and by the time she was 6, she was known as the ice queen. She practiced with her dads and their team every time she was allowed to. Not being able to deal with her daughter's dad, Kolby and her dad moved from LA to Hershey, Pennsylvania. From there, her life takes off.
