Potholes and Detours

Growing up, I was supposed to be a normal kid with a happy life. I was a competitive cheerleader and a good student. But beneath the surface, I was fighting a quiet, grueling battle with depression, social anxiety, and a debilitating fear of abandonment. This is the unfiltered story of my mental health journey-from my first severe panic attack to navigating toxic roommates , co-dependency , and the heavy weight of trying to be what everyone else wanted. I'm sharing my lowest points and my eventual light at the end of the tunnel in the hopes that if you feel broken or lost , you'll know you aren't alone.
