Red Hallow, New York.
The prestigious town is known for two things: its renowned high-school academy and its infamous serial killer.
In 1995, the rich and important hidden behind their white-picket fences were shocked when three seniors were gruesomely murdered by a serial killer.
The killer was never caught, and that March week would forever live in infamy through true-crime podcasts and spooky stories told to naughty children.
That is, until thirty years later when another senior is killed, causing star student, Valentina Ford, and best-friend, Laniey Keller, to speculate that the Red Hallow Killer is back.
Equipped with theories, secrets, and the urge to crack the whole case wide-open, the two will navigate through both the past and the present to try to catch the killer before the killer catches them.
