I never meant to write a continuation. I just couldn't move on. After reading The Four-Faced Buddha, I found myself lingering in the spaces between chapters, wondering about the conversations that ended too soon, the silences that seemed to hide more than words, and the moments that felt too important to disappear once the page turned. So I started writing the scenes I couldn't stop thinking about. Not to replace the canon story, but to sit beside it. Between canon and imagination, I build the unwritten moments-the ones that stay a little too long, feel a little too much, and refuse to leave quietly. Most of these chapters take place after Chapter 44, "I'll Teach You", following Fan Xiao and You Shulang as emotional tension, intimacy, and restraint slowly unravel in ways that canon never had time to explore. Some moments were never meant to fit inside a single chapter. These are the scenes left behind. For readers who finished The Four-Faced Buddha and still weren't ready to say goodbye-welcome. I wasn't ready either. For the original storyline, please continue with the canon novel.

Sheng Huasheng, the world's first Crown Alpha, has lived his life in shadows of restraint. From childhood, there was only one light that kept him steady-Shen Lele, the fragile yet radiant boy who grew up beside him. Huasheng's attraction began in the innocence of their youth, but as they matured, it transformed into something sharper, heavier... an obsession hidden beneath his fierce protectiveness. To Lele, Huasheng has always been there-too present, too devoted. He knows of Huasheng's feelings, but he dismisses them as infatuation born from ignorance, convinced that the Crown Alpha only clings to him because he hasn't yet encountered the wider world of Omegas. Lele believes that once Huasheng sees others, his intensity will fade. And so, Lele keeps his distance-gentle rejection masked as indifference. However, Huasheng is relentless. Every glance Lele gives another, every smile not meant for him, ignites a storm inside. His pheromones coil dangerously around Lele, not with violence, but with the desperate longing of a man who has already chosen his mate. The world may tremble at the Crown Alpha's power, yet it is only Lele who can undo him. But Lele refuses to be bound by love that feels too much like a cage. And Huasheng must decide: will he hold Lele tighter, even if it means breaking him... or learn to let go, risking the only bond he has ever known? In a world where their very natures are weapons, their love teeters between salvation and ruin.
