Lucas, the boy known as the Indexless Boy, is trapped in a small country called Fallowphore. He cannot go anywhere, cannot search for happiness, and spends every day repeating the same routines: doing maths, playing with wooden blocks, and counting how many flowers bloom in his mother's garden. For an adventurous child like Lucas, such a life feels unbearably dull. Until one night, his neighbor, Mr. Fibble, gives him two tickets to a circus show. Lucas, who is also an animal lover, becomes excited to see the performance. But the tickets are not for a circus. Instead, they lead to a mysterious "game" rumored to make anyone truly happy, or at least, that was what people told him. To Lucas, it only seemed to drive people insane.

Amon-Raeth. The Golden Sovereign. The god of the Sun, Desert, and Inferno. Now, he is the price of his own greed. Stripped of his light and his golden throne by the Council of Firmament, he is exiled to the very sands he once scorched with indifference. Adorning pale skin and human hunger, Raeth must navigate a world that has forgotten his face but still bears the scars of his reign. He is a man haunted by a "redemption" he does not understand, forced into a journey through shifting dunes, treacherous silks, and buried temples. Finding unlikely allies in those he once looked down upon and discovering that desperation is a knife. As the lines between his divine past and his fragile present begin to blur, Amon-Raeth must decide if he is truly seeking a way back to his throne, or if the light he finds in the dust is more precious than the fire he left in the clouds.
