Will Byers is a sociable 21-year-old college student/Art major who happens to be in the Iota Zeta fraternity. He would usually consider that out of character for himself, but he's grown accustomed to the parties and the social events that come with the title of frat guy. Well, that and his boyfriend, Carlton. After an encounter with a smug Theater major that he wishes he could forget, and an unfortunate turn of events, he soon finds himself forced to work with him for a whole semester on his stupid Spring production.

Mike Wheeler is a slightly uptight, sarcastic Literature major. With a minor in Theater to be specific. All he has been able to think about since October is his Spring production of The Phantom of the Opera with twist. He's been put in charge of the stage performance/directing this year, and he takes the role very seriously. Nothing will screw this up. Well not nothing. He's down one Christine Daae for his musical, and the frat boy threatening to infiltrate his tightknit cast is definitely irritating to a certain degree. But at the same time, there is something enticing about him that he just can't let go of.
