This Is Where We Start

Lily Edwards is a normal girl, in a quiet town, in a small school. With her mother a librarian and her father a police officer, she lives a fairly normal fifteen year old life.
Jacob Noland is quite the contrary. His father's a scientist and his mother's a world-class artist, with more money in their pockets than they know what to do with. All his life, all he's ever known is extraordinary. He's used to having girls swoon at his name.
When he moves to Lily's small town, he receives the attention he expects. Only one person doesn't care: Lily. In his interest to find out why, he learns to think like the normal people of the town. She appreciates that someone notices her.
As they grow closer, both start to feel something more. But, as the year drags on, new revelations try to tear them apart, once and for all. Will it be another happy ending, or will it be a new ending to the fairytales we thought we once knew?
