Thea got detention for covering up Pansy Parkinson's attempt to smuggle Firewhiskey into Hogwarts.

Draco Malfoy and Theodore Nott got detention after a prank on Neville Longbottom went horribly wrong.

Blaise Zabini and the Riddle brothers got detention for doing something so unbelievably reckless to Severus Snape that nobody speaks about it publicly anymore.

And somehow, against all logic, all of them ended up stuck together for two weeks in Snape's dungeon.

At first, they couldn't stand each other.

Thea found Draco insufferable. Draco found Thea exhausting. Mattheo escalated every situation possible, Theo treated chaos like a full-time occupation, Tom looked permanently disappointed in humanity, and Blaise acted like he deserved compensation for existing near any of them.

Then came the late-night detentions.

The dangerous potion accidents.

The screaming matches in the common room.

The insults spoken in Italian.

The almost-Unforgivable curses.

And somewhere between detention slips, emotional breakdowns, reckless parties, and Snape slowly losing the will to live, they started becoming something none of them expected.

Friends.

Or at least something dangerously close to it.

Especially after Ava entered the picture.

She met them at a party that should've ended quietly but absolutely didn't, and after sneaking into detention with Pansy because "staying in the common room sounded boring," Snape gave both of them detention too.

Worst decision he's ever made.

Now the dungeons are filled with chaos, dangerous chemistry, constant arguments, accidental loyalty, unresolved tension, and one growing problem no one wants to admit out loud:
