Colourless

Imagine a world where colour no longer exists, everything from the people, the animals and the plants to the buildings and transportation are just grey. Everything. Even the sky, the sea and the sun. In this world the stars no longer twinkle, the sun and the moon no longer shine and everything, and everyone, looks the same with no way to differentiate and predict what colours they could be.

This world, is my world. I am one of many who live here and the planet is called 'Earth'. The year is 5034 and soon this will end.

My name is Lola Clark and I was born with colour.

Everyone and everything is now born without colour, colourless, thanks to the society about 59 years ago. But me... my eyes are really bright blue apparently-I've never seen them myself because from birth everyone knew I had to be hidden otherwise I would just have been killed.

There will be another out there like me but a boy. I know this because of the prophesy...
