In a world where forensic science has failed, private investigator Jay Bon turns to the supernatural. Desperate to solve a five-year-old cold case involving a series of ritualistic murders, Jay hires Puspa - a sharp-tongued "ghost supervisor" rented for fifty dollars a day. Together, the unlikely duo uncovers the terrifying truth behind an ancient Malay curse known as the Saka Raja Pangku Buana. As bodies continue to fall, Jay and Puspa find themselves hunted by a powerful scholar who sacrifices human souls in exchange for eternal youth. Now, they must race against time to free the damned, expose the killer, and stop a darkness that refuses to die.

After being rejected by her husband and Alpha in front of half the werewolf world, Allison does the only thing left that makes sense- she walks away. Heartbroken but unbowed, she rebuilds from the ground up, turning her experience as a Luna into something new: Luna's Compass, a consultancy that fixes the messes other packs are too proud to admit they made. No attachments. No politics. No pity. But fate has a sense of humor. Her newest client, Gordon Hale, is a widowed Alpha raising three daughters and holding his pack together by sheer will. What starts as a six-month contract becomes something far more complicated- professionally, politically, and painfully personal. Between grief, politics, and the slow burn of something she swore she'd never feel again, Allison must learn that fate isn't about who you're tied to - It's about who you become when the bond breaks.
