Most assume heroes to be selfless and true protectors, but in this world of powers they are corrupted. Gift Users have supernatural powers that are unique to the person who has them. Gift Users either become Heroes or Villains but in the end, they are both corrupted. Heroes become bloodthirsty eager to kill a villain or exploit the benefits of the job.
However, one hero was betrayed by his friends and became a villain, one that is feared by both heroes and other villains. A Gift User who can control the darkness around him and summon dozens of soldiers to fight alongside him. A villain who has killed both heroes and villains.
The Shadow Master.
Y/N L/N, or The Shadow Master, is a barber who lives in District 17 and spends his new life cutting people's hair and enjoys peace. He also spends his time with a friend of his named Ihwa who works at a cafe down the street. Y/N seems to be happy even after the betrayal of his former allies and seems to be living in plain sight.
That is the case until a regular customer of his dies by a corrupted hero which causes The Shadow Master to return and beings to kill corrupt heroes again. Y/N even learns about Ihwa being a villain and decides to teach her how to be a hero killer.
