The last train home always feels longer than it should.

For Yara Almonte, nights are something to survive - not live through. Every shift ends the same way: exhausted steps, busy streets, and a quiet ride on the final train where no one really looks at each other anymore.

Until the late nights start changing, particularly the rainy ones.

There's a man who always appears in the same carriage.

He never uses a phone.
Never sleeps.
And never seems to belong to the present.

His name is Ian.

At first, he is just a stranger - a quiet presence in the middle of Yara's tired routine. But somehow, he starts feeling less like a coincidence and more like a memory she can't quite reach.

And every time Yara tries to remember where she first saw him... there is only silence.
