The controversy has spurred early night curfews and no one is recommended to wander off onto the back roads during the night. However, rules will be broken...
But as for the consequences? Nothing will ever be the same.

Light. We all need it. Nobody will ever admit it, but as a species, we're terrified of the dark. So much so, that not only do we light up our own homes, but we light up the world outside as well, as if the moon and stars aren't strong enough to brighten up the night.
