CAUGHT YA

In the rain slicked streets of Musutafu, the line between justice and crime is written in fading ink. Rin Suzuki is a woman of clinical focus a lead detective whose only thrill comes from a closed file and a broken alibi. Having traded the warmth of human connection for the cold satisfaction of the precinct, she is considered "boring" by those who don't see the fire in her eyes when she tracks a lead. She isn't looking for love; she's looking for the one thing that has eluded her: a ghost with a body count.

That ghost is Katsuki Bakugo, a twenty five year old former Marine veteran whose life was hollowed out by a Reduction in Force. The explosive, arrogant boy of his youth has mellowed into a lethal shadow, a man who spends his nights delivering a permanent kind of justice to those the system fails to touch. He believes he is the cure for a sick city, but the silence of his apartment is starting to roar. He is a predator who has grown lonely in his own perfection.

When Rin is assigned to the task force dedicated to catching him, the hunter becomes the hunted. Katsuki isn't running, he's watching, drawn to the only woman in the city who is as obsessed with his work as he is. As Rin begins to pull at the threads of his military grade precision, she finds herself caught in a high stakes game of cat and- mouse where the prize isn't just a conviction it's the discovery of two souls who are only truly alive when they are at each other's throats.
