How did we get here is a raw, messy, and honest love story about two people who never planned to matter to each other, but somehow became everything anyway.

It starts in late-night messages between strangers who are both quietly falling apart in different ways. What begins as jokes, arguments, and passing comfort slowly turns into something deeper: connection, dependence, and a bond that grows in the middle of chaos, distance, and emotional damage neither of them fully knows how to fix.
