Hitomi means pupil, as in the pupil of the eye. Hitomi Hatake, daughter of Kakashi Hatake, is in Naruto's class at the ninja academy.  She is strong and smart and when she becomes a ninja in squad 7 along with Naruto and Sasuke  things get interesting.  Through missions and exams, meeting new ninjas from different lands, Hitomi grows under the teaching of her father. 

There's one special thing about this young girl.  Her name is Hitomi for reason.  Hitomi is a short girl for her age, she has hair the same color as Kakashi that isn't too long but not too short either.  Her eyes are a thing of beauty.  They are the color of the setting sun, golden in a way.  That isn't the only reason that her name means pupil.  Hitomi's eyes contain Kakashi's handed down shringan eyes but her mother gave her something special too..  The Byakugan of the Hyuga clan.  With these eyes Hitomi is practically unstoppable but she still trains hard.  She is an asset to squad 7.All Rights Reserved
