WICKED begin phase 2 of the maze trials, sending the Gladers out into the Scorch, instructing them to make it to the safe heaven in 2 weeks, however on the way Minho meets a girl- a crank living in the 'abandoned' city. Her slightly difficult and humorous nature catches the boys attention, and instantly things change for the boy, and after a while he starts to wonder what love, something he's never really considered before, really is.
Is the leader with the cheeky sense of humour who always has a plan to save everyone really as sane as he seems?
Because even the immune are capable of losing themselves in the scorch, and even the immune are capable of losing themselves in love.
